Jean Wise, 84, of Hillsboro died Monday, August 10, 2009, at Hill Regional Hospital in Hillsboro. Jean was born December 25, 1924 in Fort Worth, the daughter of Hall Hayden and Olyan Reddy, where she grew up and graduated from Poly High School. On September 11, 1946 she married Collins W. Wise in Fort Worth. In 1956 they moved to Hillsboro. She was a talented artist, avid golfer, enjoyed playing cards with her friends, and was well known for her cooking. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Hillsboro. Preceding her in death were her parents. Survivors include her husband, Collins W. Wise of Hillsboro; three children, Ronny Wise and wife, Aureliane, of Houston, Randy W. Lee and husband, Raymond, of Houston, and Russ Wise and wife, Kim, of Hillsboro; six grandchildren, Lisa Jean Rush, Richard Bice, Boris Wise, Stephanie Wise, Kelly Jo Divin, and Colin Wise; and two great-grandchildren, Collins Rush and Caroline Bice.
