Jeannette Lee Locks, 78, of Odessa passed away Monday, June 15, 2015, at Buena Vida Nursing Home in Odessa. There are no services scheduled at this time.

Jeannette was born September 27, 1936 in Thrifty, TX to George Jefferson and Lula Mary (Stanhope) Bell. She was a dealer in antiques.

Preceding her in death were her parents and two brothers, R. J. Bell and James Bell.

Survivors include her children, Bobby Locks and wife, Gayla, Sherri Doyle and husband, Frank, Sandra Culp and husband, Craig, and Donna Keese and husband, Howard; grandchildren, Heather Bondallian and husband, Donn, Delese Noble and husband, Josh, Jennifer Doud, Stephen Morgan, Desirae Culp, Starla Oliveras and husband, Korey, Dana Hodges and husband, Danny, Joey Keese, and Caitlin Keese; great-grandchildren, Kade Bennett, Makai Bondallian, Mauka Bondallian, Sophia Noble, Shiloh Noble, Joshua Hodges, Ethan Hodges, and Noah Hodges; brother, George Bell and wife, Wynell; and sister, Susie Herring and husband, Cleve.
