Jessie Napps

Jessie Faye Napps, 76, of Covington died Wednesday, October 18, 2010, at Baylor Medical Center in Waxahachie. Jessie Faye was born March 10, 1934 in Hillsboro the daughter of Freeland and Juanita Shine Durant. On April 12, 1958 she married Billy Dean Napps in Itasca and he preceded her in death on September 17, 2007. A devoted housewife, Jessie Faye enjoyed working in her flower beds and she loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was a member of Central Baptist Church in Hillsboro. Also preceding her in death were her parents and twin sister, Gladys Hall. Survivors include two sons, Bobby D. Napps and wife, Janet, of Waxahachie and Keith Napps of Covington; brother, Kenneth Durant and wife, Brenda, of Itasca; two sisters, Lilly Bayse and husband, Billy, of Covington and Linda Jordan of Whitney; brother-in-law, Charles Hall of California; four grandchildren, Laura Wright, Travis Wright, Christopher Napps, and Leanna Napps; and a great-granddaughter, Sarah Wright.
