Jimmy Rochelle

Jimmy Lee Rochelle 61, of Whitney passed away at his residence on Friday January 22, 2016.
A graveside funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday January 26, 2016 at Whitney Memorial Park. Officiating will be Mr. Rick Pinner. Visitation will be held from 1-2 P.M. at the graveside prior to service.

Jimmy was born on December 3, 1954 in Levelland, Texas to James A. Rochelle and Helen(Arnold) Bryan. He worked at L.T.V. in Grand Prairie for 6 years and also worked as a shutter and cabinet finisher, later he went to work for Wal-Mart in Hillsboro as a butcher and meat cutter for 6 years. Jimmy had a great love for Rock N Roll music and was an avid guitarist. He also enjoyed fishing and had a joy for life that always made everyone around him laugh. He was of the Baptist faith.

He is preceded in death by his father James A. Rochelle, sister, Patricia Bailey.


Survivors include his mother Helen M. Bryan; stepfather Benny Sanderlin; daughter, Stasha Adams; sisters, Deborah Jaquess, Evelyn Rochelle; nieces, Emma, Tassi, and Mandi; nephews, Jeffery and Jimmy
