Jimmy "Tiny" Russell Smith

Jimmy "Tiny" Russell Smith, 53, of Blum, Texas lost his battle to cancer on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 in Waco, Texas. Arrangements are pending and will be announced by the family at a later date.

Jimmy was born February 19,1969 to Billy Smith and Elois Burton. Jimmy and his sister Laura grew up in Vandervoort, Arkansas. He travelled and lived a lot of places but eventually settled in Joshua, where he would attend high school, meet lifelong friends, and start his family. He attended Hill college where he earned his welding degree and later turned that into a career. Jimmy was an avid outdoorsman. He loved to camp, fish, and spend time at the ocean.

Jimmy is preceded in death by his parents, Billy Smith, and Elois Burton

Jimmy is survived by his partner, Tina Evans; sister, Laura Sue; daughters, Melissa Mochmer and husband, Michael. Chloe Smith, Shay Price; grandchildren, John Mochmer, Rose Sneed, Ruth and Rowdy Crawford.
