Joe Lee Bailey, Iii

Joe Lee Bailey, III, of Jacksboro, passed away at his residence on April 8, 2020.   The family will hold a private service.

Joe was born in Milford, Texas on July 27, 1965, to Joe Lee Bailey, II and Ruby (Hawkins) Bailey.   Joe enjoyed fishing and spending time outdoors.  But he especially loved being with his family.

He was preceded in death by his father; his step-father, Raymond Thomas and a nephew Kevin Bailey.

Survivors include his mother, Ruby Thomas; his children, Jennifer Speights and husband, Ernie and Tim Bailey; grandchildren, Summer Speights and Jack Speights; a brother, John Bailey and a sister, patsy Speights and husband, Henry.
