John Dubose

John Francis Dubose, 67, of Waco passed away at Canterbury Villa in Hillsboro on January 24, 2007. He was the son of John L. and Gladys Christine Choate Dubose and grew up in Hondo and Devine. John married Willie Gatlin in 2000 and she preceded him in death in 2006. He was of the Baptist faith and was a carpenter by trade. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother. Survivors include his step child, Debra Buckaloo and husband, Pete of Blum; brother, Jeff Essary of Arkansas, Ronnie Joe Essary of Missouri; sisters, Annie Riddle of Hondo, Martha Allen of Cleburne, Rosella Riddle and husband, Terry of Grandview, Barbara Armstrong of Cleburne; grandchildren, Shelia, Monty, George and Crystal Buckaloo; great grandchildren, Hunter and Jordan Buckaloo and James Underwood.
