John Ross

John Louie (Tray) Ross III, 53, of Hillsboro, Texas, passed peacefully in his home on November 29, 2024. A memorial service will take place at 2:00 PM, Saturday, December 7, 2024, at Marshall & Marshall Funeral Directors in Hillsboro.

He was born June 1, 1971, at Fort Hood, Texas, to John Louie Ross, Jr. and Carolyn Nell (McGahan) Ross.

Tray worked at Petro Fuel Shop in Carl's Corner, performing maintenance duties for fifteen plus years. He loved washing a detailing cars and had a passion for cutting grass. Tray cared for everyone's automobiles and landscaping.

He is survived by his parents, John and Carolyn Ross; his brothers, David Ross and Joshua Ross and wife, Amber; his sister, Heather Ross; his nephews, Jaxon, John, Jason, and Colby; his niece, Makayla; several aunts; an uncle and numerous cousins.
