Joseph Butler

Joseph Mark Butler, 57, of Denton died Monday, October 12, 2009, at the V. A. Hospital in Dallas. Joseph was born January 17, 1952 in Davenport, IA the son of Mark, Jr. and Carmen Roque Butler. In 1970 he graduated from Hillsboro High School. He joined the U. S. Army from 1971-1974. He was a self-employed carpenter and enjoyed traveling. Preceding him in death were his father and brother-in-law, Bruce Kuykendall. Survivors include his mother, Carmen Butler of Denton; brother, Donald Butler and wife, Kathy, of Denton; sister, Billie Kuykendall of Brandon; three nieces, Angela Boyd and husband, Tim, Jennifer Woods and husband, Kelly, and April Lyons and husband, Jordan; a great niece & nephew, Larissa Boyd and Hunter Woods; and several uncles, aunts, and cousins.
