Judith “Judy” Parrotte, 75, of Whitney, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 25, 2015, at Baylor Scott and White Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center in Waco, surrounded by her loving family and friends. No services are scheduled at this time.
Judith was born on July 20, 1939, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, to Harold H. and Virginia M. (Spalding) Dixon.
She graduated from North Side High School in 1957 and went on to excel in university studies in Fort Wayne. An avid reader, she also enjoyed gardening, computer games and traveling. She was active in her community and was an avid supporter Hill County Paw Pals and Lake Whitney Arts. After retiring as a data processor from Glazier Wholesaler in Dallas, she was a homemaker.
On April 24, 2002, she married Stanley Robert Parrotte in Whitney.
Preceding her in death were her parents and multiple sisters.
Survivors include her husband, Stanley Parrotte; a sister, Eunice Dixon-Campbell; sons, Jerry S. Easley and wife, Theresa, Mike Easley and wife, Sharon;stepchildren, Renee Border, Angela Edwards and husband, Kavin and Matthew Christianson and wife, Bethany; and numerous grandchildren.
