Julious King Jr

Julious Colvin ?J. C.? King, Jr., 60 of Willis, Texas died Sunday, April 15, 2007, at his residence. He was born August 5, 1946 in Waco. J. C. was the son of Julious Colvin, Sr. and Annie Marie Mitchiner King, husband to Christina King, and father to Andrew Colvin King. In 1963 he graduated from Hillsboro High School and attended Hill College. He then received his Associate of Computer Science Degree from Texas Tech and later received his Masters Degree in Biology from Tarleton State University. J. C. also attended Texas A & M University. From 1995 to 1997 he taught at Whitney ISD. On December 20, 1997 he married the love of his life, Christina Marie Martin, in Whitney. After their marriage, they moved to Cleveland, TX where he taught at Cleveland ISD. They later moved to Willis where he was teaching at Willis ISD. His child, Andrew Colvin King, was born September 1, 2004. He attended Conroe Church of Christ. Preceding him in death were his parents. Survivors include his wife, Christina Marie King of Willis; son, Andrew Colvin King of Willis; brother, William Eugene King of Jackson, Mississippi; and a host of family, friends, and students. In lieu of flowers, a scholarship fund will be established for Andrew C. King, c/o Mary Ann Baxter, 16511 Cliffrose Lane, Houston, TX 77062.
