Kandy Powell

Kandy was born January 25, 1966 in Del Rio, Texas to Don M. Notte and Patricia A. Aldridge Jones. In 1984 she graduated from Hillsboro High School. She received her associates degree from TSTI in Waco. For a brief time she also attended UT - Arlington. She worked as the Branch Office Administrator at Edward Jones - Bonds Alley for 3 years. Survivors include her fianc, Billy Ray Thurman of Hillsboro; her parents, Patricia A. Jones and Don M. Notte of Hillsboro; a grandmother, Mary Margaret Aldridge of Hillsboro; a sister, Gina Padgett and husband, Charles, of Hillsboro; an aunt, Barbara Hubbard and husband, David, of Simonton, TX; an uncle, Byron Adams and wife, Janie, of Hillsboro; a nephew, Russell Padgett; and numerous cousins.
