Katheryn Friesen

Katheryn Jean Friesen, 83, of Hillsboro died Tuesday, March 18, 2008, at Hill Regional Hospital in Hillsboro. Katheryn was born July 23, 1924 in Weatherford, Texas the daughter of A. W. and Elizabeth Prather Heatly. She earned a Bachelors Degree in Biology from Southwest University in Weatherford. She married Lester Doyle Friesen and he preceded her in death on May 22, 2007. She was a homemaker and of the Methodist faith. Also preceding her in death were her parents. Survivors include her son, David Friesen and wife, Becki, of Blum; and a sister, Betty Heatly, of Chino Hill, California.
