Kenneth Mcquilkin

Kenneth Robert McQuilkin, age 76, of Whitney, Texas passed away on July 26, 2018, in Whitney. A visitation with a short service will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, July 31, at Marshall and Marshall Funeral Directors in Whitney. A graveside service will be held at North Lawn Cemetery at a later date in Canton, Ohio.

Kenneth was born on February 13, 1942. He graduated from Glenwood High School in 1960. After serving in the U.S. Air Force, he was honorably discharged in January 1968. In February of 1996, he retired from American Airlines. After his retirement, he enjoyed woodworking, collecting Disney memorabilia and traveling.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Robert Porter and Helen (Lacey) McQuilkin.

Survivors include his wife, Janet McQuilkin; a brother, David McQuilkin; a sister, Norma Bailes; daughters, Tammy Nussbaum and Holly Cundiff and husband, Tim; a son, Russell McQuilkin and wife, Rachel; and daughters, Holly Garrington, Denise Rietter, Laurie Dunlop and Cheryl Nichols and husband, Donny; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
