Lena Mcclain

Lena McClain passed away on December 15, 2005 in Hillsboro. She was the daughter of Albert and Lizzie Alcorn Tyree. She grew up in Royce City and moved to Dallas in 1940. She married Herbert McClain and he preceded her in death in 1956. Lena had worked for Morton?s Foods; retiring in 1962. She moved to Corsicana in 1978 and moved to Whitney in 2001. Preceding her in death were her parents, 2 brothers, 3 sisters and 1 great-grandson. Survivors include her daughter, Sarah Bernstein and husband, Joel of Whitney; grandchildren, Larry Bernstein, Barry Bernstein, Debra Inboden, Cindy Rounsavall, Laura Bean; 9 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
