Lois Hinton

Lois Hinton, 81, of Whitney died Monday, January 3, 2011.

Memorial services were held on Saturday, Janaury 8, at Park Plaza Nursing Home Chapel in Whitney.

Lois was born on July 13, 1929 in Collin County, Texas daughter of the late Cecil and Pearl Lacy Gray. She was a nurses aid in Collin County for many years. She attended Fort Graham Baptist Church.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, John; son, Bill Prather; and a sister, Penny Cohn.

Survivors include her children, Ed Prather and wife, Susan, of Whitney, Sharon Eheny and huband, Allen, of Sachse; sister, Loretta Tilley of Jacksonville; grandchildren, Lisa, Bobby, Danielle, Chris, Jennifer, and Laura; 11 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
