Lola Sonnenberg

Lola Forrest Sonnenberg passed away on August 3, 2007 in Dallas, Texas. She was the daughter of Marion and Callie Heston Forrest. Lola was a member of the WAAC during World War II. She went to nursing school at Grant Buie Hospital and received her LVN license. She loved her children very much, was an avid animal lover and good to man and beast. She had a kind and generous heart and being a care giver was just her nature. She was of the Baptist faith. Preceding her in death were her parents, 5 brothers and 3 sisters. Survivors include her sons, James Whitsitt and wife, Janice of Garland and Harold E. Whitsitt of Mexia.
