Louise Crow

Louise Crow, 88, of Woodbury passed away Thursday, January 14, 2016, at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 18, at Marshall & Marshall Funeral Directors Chapel in Whitney with Rev. Stanley Lohse officiating. Burial will follow at New Woodbury Cemetery near Woodbury. Visitation will be held from 2:00-4:00 p.m. Sunday, January 17, at the funeral home.

Louise was born December 24, 1927 in Whitney to Edward and Annie Jane (Stewart) Ward. On March 10, 1972, she was united in marriage to Henry Crow in Itasca. For many years, she worked at Woods of Texas and Malouf as a seamstress, retiring in 1990. A very active member of Woodbury Baptist Church since 1973, Louise loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ unconditionally. She enjoyed spending time with her family and shopping at Wal-Mart and the Richland Mall.

Preceding her in death were her parents, three sisters, and three brothers.

Survivors include her husband of 43 years, Henry Crow of Woodbury; two children, Lynn Crow and wife, Melissa, of New Braunfels and Donna Smith and husband, James, of Comanche; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and faithful companion, Tex.
