Louise Finch, 88, of Hillsboro died Monday, November 14, 2005, at her residence. Louise was born November 19, 1916 in Waxahachie the daughter of Joseph Dewitt and Minerva Lou Jones Lowrey. In 1932 she graduated from McMurray School. On November 25, 1933 she married Clifton Payton Finch in Hillsboro and he preceded her in death on July 7, 2003. She was a homemaker who loved to sew and crochet. She also loved to travel and was a charter member of the Twilight Bungalow Travel Club. A member of First Baptist Church in Bynum, Louise was a member of the Women?s Missionary Union through her church where she was a training union director for many years, and a member of the Women?s Home Demonstration Club in Bynum. Louise had a fantastic sense of humor. Also preceding her in death were her parents and one brother, Erlene Lowrey. Survivors include three children, Gayle Finch and wife, Pam, of Athens, Michael Finch and wife, Shirley, of Early, and Judy Schronk and husband, James Ray, of Hillsboro; a sister, Pat Waller of Hillsboro; a sister-in-law, Alma Finch of Clifton; four grandsons, Joel Finch and Linda of Bynum, Rodney Schronk and wife, Susan, of Hillsboro, Scott Finch and wife, Nicole, of Bangs, and Derek Schronk of Hillsboro; three step-granddaughters, Deidra Hopkins and husband, Mark, of Athens, Dianna Guerrero and husband, Jorge, of Flower Mound, and Penny Busch of Plano; two great-grandsons, Ryan Schronk of Hillsboro and Trey Schronk of Hillsboro; two step great-granddaughters, Sarah Hopkins of Athens and Abigail Guerrero of Flower Mound; one step great-grandson, Jaxx Guerrero of Flower Mound; and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorials may be made to Hospice of The Heart, P. O. Box 2081, Whitney, TX 76692.
