Luevon Cochran, 77, of Burleson passed away Monday evening, June 29, 2015, at her residence. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 3, 2015, at Peoria Cemetery in Peoria. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday, July 2, 2015, at Marshall & Marshall Funeral Directors in Hillsboro.
Luevon was born April 5, 1938 in Stratford, OK to Gilmore and Gertrude (Ramsey) Oliver. She grew up in the Itasca and Grandview areas. For many years she lived in Hillsboro before moving to Burleson. Luevon had her own cleaning business for many years. She loved to take care of her family.
Preceding her in death were her parents; daughter, Barbara Cochran; and three brothers, Bob, Bill, and Harlan Oliver.
Survivors include two sons, Rick Mason of Fort Worth and David Cochran and wife, Tammy, of Burleson; brother, Jessie Oliver and wife, Mae, of Tennessee; two sisters, Retha Lewis and husband, Calvin, of Oklahoma and Wanda Halbert of Crowley; five grandchildren, Christopher Cochran, Ryan Cochran, Justin Cochran, Rikki Mason, and Crystal Hamilton; and two great-granddaughters, Kyndall Hamilton and Savannah Cochran.
