Margaret Mitchell

Margaret Peggy Mitchell, 89, of Woodbury died Thursday, December 11, 2008, at Town Hall Estates Nursing Home in Hillsboro. Margaret was born July 5, 1919 in Boston, Massachusetts the daughter of Frederick and Margaret Morrisey Shepard. Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, John H. Mitchell, Sr.; two sons, John H. Mitchell Jr. and James Michael Mitchell; and seven brothers and sisters. Survivors include a daughter, of Audrey Tufts of Abbott; daughter-in-law, Karen Mitchell of Little Elm; six grandchildren, Bryan Tufts and wife, Cathy, Aprille Kaska and husband, Ryan, Zoie Hawley and husband, Dave, Sean Mitchell, John Mitchell, III and wife, Marissa, and Rhonda Renner and husband, Marty; 14 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
