Mary Heyen

Mary Heyen, 60, of Clifton, passed away at her home on July 14, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Friday, July 17, 2015, at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Whitney with Rev. Philip C. Wottrich, officiating. Burial will follow at Whitney Memorial Park. A visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m., on Thursday, July 16, 2015, at Marshall and Marshall Funeral Directors in Whitney.

Mary was born on February 18, 1955, in Dallas, Texas the daughter of Frank Owen and Virginia Lee Palmer. On July 31, 1991, she married Randall Heyen in Fort Worth. She worked in the cleaning business for about 35 years and the last 20 years as owner/operator of Heyen Cleaning Service. Going to garage sales was a favorite activity and she collected nick-nacks. Since she never met a stranger, she was always willing to help anyone in need. She loved her family unconditionally. She was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Whitney.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband, Randall Heyen of Clifton; children, Lou Ann Day, Barbara Lynn Day, Michael Day, Janice Marie Heyen and Nona Tweetale; and five grandchildren.
