Mary Louise (Royal) Morgan

Mary Louise Morgan, age 87, of Hillsboro, entered peacefully into life with her Savior Jesus Christ on Friday October 28, 2022.  A graveside celebration to honor Mary Louise will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 2, 2022, at Whitney Memorial Park in Whitney.  Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Marshall & Marshall Funeral Directors in Hillsboro.

Mary Louise was born January 11, 1935, in Abbott to Elbert and Della Royal.  She lived most of her life in Hillsboro.  She enjoyed playing 42 dominoes, playing cards, crocheting afghans, working word search puzzles, and listening to country and gospel music. She also enjoyed winning often at bingo at Homestead Nursing Home.  Mary Louise always loved spending time with her family and friends.  She was a member at Central Baptist Church in Hillsboro for many years and enjoyed serving others there.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James (Art) Morgan; and son, Timothy Morgan.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Sharon Faucett; son, Todd Morgan and wife, Jocelyn; grandchildren, Zach (Abby) Knowles, Haley Fuller, Katie (Paul) Bents, Rex (Joanna) Morgan, and Lauren (Nathan) Hogg; and great-grandchildren, Everett, Zoë, Owen, Norah, Lena, and Jack.
