Mary Rochat

Mary Madelyn Rochat, 65, of Hillsboro passed away peacefully Sunday afternoon, March 11, 2018, at Crestview Healthcare Residence in Waco. Her family will host a memorial service at a later date.

Born March 14, 1952 in Brownwood, she was the daughter of Louis J. Rochat, Jr. and wife, Hermia. Mary was beloved by all who knew her because she loved everyone, especially her family. Her easy smile and laughter will be greatly missed but she is safely in the arms of Jesus and reunited with those whom she loved so greatly.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents; step-father, Mr. Lazarus Solash; and older brother, Louis J. Rochat, III.

Survivors include her brother, Larry Rochat, Sr. and sister-in-law, Debra Rochat, of Hillsboro; nephew, LTC (USAF) Larry Rochat, Jr., stationed in Qatar, his wife, Jessie, and their children; niece, Amanda Vineyard and husband, Maj. (US Army) Jared Vineyard, and their children of Hawaii; niece, Celena Hendrix and husband, Mike, of Smithville; and sister-in-law, Ann Rochat of San Antonio.

In lieu of flowers, her family request that donations be made to the First Baptist Church Christian School, P. O. Box 271, Hillsboro, TX 76645.
