Mary Scrivner

Mary Ella Scrivner, 91, of Waco, passed away Thursday evening, December 22, 2016, at Providence Health Care Center in Waco. No services are scheduled.

Mary was born August 24, 1925 in Lombardy, Mississippi to Gus and Minnie (Beckham) Cauthen. She was a salesperson at Sears for many years and a member of First Baptist Church in McComb, Mississippi.

Preceding her in death were her parents.

Survivors include two daughters, Shirley Sabell and husband, Van, of Blythe, California and Wanda Bricker and husband, Bill, of Waco; sister, Virginia Bain of McComb, Mississippi; two grandchildren, Van Sabell and wife, Barbara, and Marianne Sabell; and six great-grandchildren.
