Biography

Michael Joe Daniel, 56, of Arlington passed away at his residence on Friday, November 22, 2013. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, November 26, 2013, at Marshall & Marshall Funeral Directors Chapel in Hillsboro with Rev. Danny Gilliam of First Baptist Church of Hillsboro officiating. Burial will follow at Bell Springs Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Monday, November 25, 2013 at the funeral home.

He was born July 13, 1957, in Dallas to Joe and Mary Sue (Fortner) Daniel. Mike graduated from Hillsboro High School in 1975. He had been a resident of Arlington for the past 15 years. He loved life, loved his dogs, and enjoyed riding motorcycles with his friends.

Mike was preceded in death by his mother. Loved ones left behind include his father, Joe Daniel of Hillsboro; daughter, Colleen Stepherson and husband, Casey, of Harleton; sisters, Teri Daniel Pederson of Fort Worth and Mary Jane Keist and husband, David, of Austin.
