Molly Dorociak

Molly Dorociak, 60, of Montgomery, formerly of Hillsboro, peacefully went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 29, 2018, surrounded by her beloved family. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 3, 2018, at Marshall & Marshall Funeral Directors Chapel in Hillsboro with Pastor Joel Wilson officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Saturday prior to service time.

Born August 7, 1957 in Coshocton, OH, she was the daughter of James Earl and Janis (Fretague) Richcreek. She was raised in California. On July 14, 1979, Molly was united in marriage to Leonard Dorociak in California. The couple moved to Hillsboro in 1991 before relocating to the Houston area in 2013. While living in Hillsboro, Molly worked for many years as a secretary for the Hill County SSA.

Molly’s sons, Michael and Kyle, were the bright light in her life. She loved everything they participated in growing up, especially the long days at the baseball fields watching them play.

Preceding her in death were her parents; sister, Jane Ellen Richcreek; brother-in-law, Russ Brown; and father-in-law, Frank Dorociak.

Those left to cherish her memory include her devoted soulmate of 38 years, Leonard Dorociak of Montgomery; two adoring sons, Michael Dorociak and wife, Cassie, of Allen and Kyle Dorociak and wife, Brittani, of Sugar Land; the love of her life her grandson, Hudson Dorociak; two sisters, Merriam Guzman Hunnicutt and husband, Jerry, and Marci Ballard, both of Minneapolis, MN; mother-in-law, Dolly Dorociak of Lower Burrell, PA; two sisters-in-law, Lynn Hare and husband, Gary, of Upper Burrell, PA and Diane Wiles of Lower Burrell, PA; numerous nieces and nephews and their families; and her Hillsboro family of friends.
