Mozelle Holland

Mozelle Holland, 87, of Abbott died Wednesday, September 12, 2007, in Abbott. Mozelle was born July 24, 1920 in Wolfe City, Texas the daughter of Arthur Warren and Rosie Belle Vines Boggs. During WWII, she worked at the plane factory in Fort Worth. On December 20, 1980 she married Harry Frank Holland, Jr. and he preceded her in death on January 21, 2007. For 12 years she worked at Harris Electric. Mozelle loved flowers. She was a member of Abbott Baptist Church and Eastern Star. Also preceding her in death were her parents; two brothers, W. J. and Bill Boggs; and a grandson, William Ross Cargile. Survivors include two sons Danny Cargile and wife, Rena Vee, of Abbott and Rickey Cargile and wife, Carie, of Hubbard; five grandchildren, Tammy Mayo and husband, Les, of Stephenville, April King and husband, Bryan, of Canadian, Jake Cargile of College Station; and Kayla Cargile and Kaci Cargile both of Hubbard; four great-grandchildren, Connor King and Kelton King both of Canadian and Hunter Holland Mayo and Cameron Mayo both of Stephenville; and numerous nieces and nephews.
