Nancy Fowler Khabazian

Nancy Fowler Khabazian was born April 17, 1954, to Virgil Bailey Fowler and Doris Grooms Fowler, in Brownwood, Texas.  Nancy passed away on Thursday, September 23, 2021, at a nursing home in Hillsboro, Texas.

She married O.A. Shaw and had a daughter, Melody Shaw Beals and a granddaughter, Melody Danielle McCutchen.

She married Wally Cardenas and had son Edward Cardenas.

She married Jean Khabazian and had daughter Angelique Khabazian Bryant and son, Shandon Khabazian.

She married John Homan II and had son John Homan III and daughter, Dominique Homan.

Nancy is the great-granddaughter of the “Father of Brownwood, Texas,” Greenleaf Fisk and Mary Piper Hawkins Fisk.

She followed in her father’s barber footsteps and became a beautician. Nancy loved her work as a stylist for over thirty years.

Mrs. Khabazian’s final wishes were to be cremated and for her ashes to be scattered in the Gulf of Mexico.
