Opal Haney

Opal was the daughter of George Milton and Alice Smith Allen. She married Joe Haney on November, 24 of 1946 in Ft. Worth. He preceded her in death on November 24, 2005. She was also preceded in death by her parents, one brother and one sister. She loved to oil paint, take care of her yard and feeding the birds and squirrels. She was a charter member of the Richland Hills Church of Christ. Opal is survived by her children: Nancy Taylor and husband Frank of Sherman, B.T. Stembridge and wife Sharon of Graham and Jerry Haney and wife Donna of Richland Hills; Sister: Frances Middlebrook of Whitney; 3 grandchildren: Dan Stembridge, Tracy Sisk, and Gina Shulse; 5 great-grandchildren: Taylor Stiltz, Alyx McCrory, Andrea McCrory, Noah Sisk and Elijah Shulse.
