Patricia Mitchell

Patricia Aileen Mitchell, 25, of Rio Vista passed away on February 26, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. She died from complications relating to cancer. Patricia fought this infliction for over a year. Throughout her ordeal, she never lost her sense of humor or her love of life. She left knowing she touched many peoples’ hearts and lives. Patricia had her Living Celebration, so no service will be held. She will be laid to rest in the Brandon Cemetery, next to her Granny Mitchell. Graveside observance for immediate family only at Patricia’s request.

Patricia is survived by her loving parents, Glynn and Tanya Mitchell of Cleburne; one sister, Amanda Cornell and her husband, Kevin Cornell, of Columbia, Missouri; two brothers, Sgt. James Mitchell of Mishiwaka, Indiana and Nicholas Mitchell and Tara Garrett of Denton; maternal grandfather, Patrick Daniel of Whitney; and two nieces, Violet Cornell and Arabella Payne.

Preceding Patricia in death were her paternal grandparents, Zadie Aileen Mitchell and Albert Gerald Mitchell of Hillsboro; maternal grandmother, Shirley Jean Johnson of Whitney; and one aunt, Theresa Stewart of Clifton.
