Patricia Ann (Posey) Ward

With love and fond memories of Patricia Ann Ward born April 9, 1947, in Akron, Ohio to James G. Posey Sr. and Lorena K. (Graves) Posey. The Lord called her name on June 20, 2021, from where she lived in Hillsboro, Texas.

Patricia was a wonderful loving mother to Ronald and Lisa, whom they loved her dearly. She adored her grandsons too, Bobby and Daniel. Patricia had attended the First Pentecostal Church of Tallmadge, Ohio for many years and she loved the Lord very much. She was born in Akron, Ohio and lived there until 2019 and then moved to Hillsboro, Texas with her daughter Lisa and her fiancé Greg Stevens until the lord took her home. Patricia was such a special soul and loved her whole family deeply. She was so precious to all how knew her. She will be missed deeply but we know she will be waiting for her loved ones in the arms of the Lord in that beautiful, promised land.

Preceding her in death in her home by her mother and father, Lorena and James Posey; her ex-husband, Clarence Ward; son, Ronald L. Ward; grandson, Robert J. Burcham; brother, James G. Posey Jr.; sister, Evelyn (Posey) Liston.

Patricia is survived by her daughter, Lisa M. Ward and her fiancé Greg Stevens of Hillsboro; her sisters, Peggy (Posey) Cuttip and Jeanette (Posey) Kuts of Uniontown, OH; her brother, Gerald Posey and wife Delores of Barberton, OH; grandson, Daniel L. Ward of Akron, OH; many nieces and nephews; and many loved ones from Clarences side of the family.

Let us celebrate her life and reflect on the memories she left with us. For she has been made whole and has no more pain. Thanks to our Lord Jesus, who has called her name.
