Pauline Stout Marshall, 86 of Whitney passed November 19, 2011.

Services will be held at 3:00 PM, Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at Marshall & Marshall Funeral Directors in Whitney with Dr. Allan Lane officiating. Interment will follow at Bethlehem Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 - 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Pauline was born to George and Martha (Pitts) Guthrie on April 24, 1925 in Jefferson City, Missouri on her family’s way to Texas. She lived in Cleburne for most her life before moving to Blum in 1988. Pauline had worked as a seamstress for Walls Manufacturing and was well known for her peanut butter cookies and enjoyed collecting dolls. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Cleburne.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Virgil Stout; 3 brothers, 3 sisters, grandson, Zak Stout and first husband, Paul Stout.

Survivors include her husband, William Marshall of Hillsboro; children, Paul Stout, Jr. of Cleburne, Charlotte Martin of Blum, Martha Bentle of Whitney; Jerry Stout of Blum, Ronald Stout and wife, Brenda of Whitney, Ricky Stout and wife, Patricia of Denton; 20 grandchildren, 52 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren.
