Pauline Russell

Pauline Russell, 100, of Whitney passed away Wednesday, February 19, 2014, at Town Hall Estates Nursing Home in Whitney. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 24, 2014, at Shannon Rose Hill Cemetery in Fort Worth. No visitation is scheduled.

Pauline was born January 7, 1914 in Bowling Green, Kentucky to Charley and Maggie (Brown) Howell. She and her husband, Willie, owned Russell’s Grocery in Fort Worth and later retired to Whitney. She loved her family and friends.

Preceding her in death were her parents, husband, and two brothers.

Survivors include her grandchildren, nieces, nephew, and friends.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Town Hall Estates in Whitney for the many years of dedication and love that was shown to Pauline.
