Rafael Ochoa-Nunez

Rafael Ochoa-Nunez, born June 3, 1969, in San Lorenzo GTO Mexico, passed away Tuesday, September 21, 2021.

Funeral Mass will take place Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 9:00 am at St. Mary's Catholic Church in West, Texas.  Visitation and rosary will take place Friday, September 23, 2021 fro 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Marshall and Marshall Funeral Directors in Hillsboro.

He is survived by his wife, Sonia Ochoa; two sons, Alejandro Ochoa and Jose Luis Ochoa; grandchildren, Alan Xavier, Mariah Lynette, and Giovanni Hilario Ochoa; his mother, Herminia Nunez Paredes; and seven brothers and two sisters.

Rafael was employed by Trompler Farms in Malone, Texas for twenty-five years.  He enjoyed spending time with his family, cooking out and having a few “cold ones.”  Rafael loved listening to music, dancing and clowning around.  Most days he could be found outside tending to his animals and doing yard work.  He was loved by all and will be greatly missed.
