Rebecca Dawn Jordon, 20, of Hillsboro passed away Thursday, November 23, 2017, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident along with her grandfather, Henry Jordon. A joint funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 30, at the Marshall & Marshall Funeral Directors Chapel in Hillsboro with Mr. Glen MacDonald officiating. Burial will follow at Younger Cemetery. Joint visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 29, at the funeral home.
Born March 20, 1997 in Hillsboro, she was the daughter of Willis Scott Jordon and Dawn (Fawns) Kline. She grew up in the Hillsboro and Itasca areas, attended schools in Covington and Itasca, and was a 2015 graduate of Itasca High School. In her spare time, Rebecca loved listening to music and caring for animals, especially dogs and cats. Her greatest blessing in life was taking care of her nephew, Evan, whom she loved very much. She was of the Baptist faith.
Also preceding her in death were her father, Willis Scott Jordon on September 30, 2017; sister, Heather Marie Jordon on May 10, 2016; grandparents, Stanley Fawns and Shirley Jordon; two aunts, Jelina Carlisle and Ayesha Tullos; and uncle, Russell Jordon.
Survivors include her mother and stepfather, Dawn and Randy Kline of Itasca; sister, Brenda Leigh Losey and husband, Michael, of Hillsboro; brother, Dustin Kline of Bynum; grandmother, Dorothy Fawns of Hillsboro; precious nephew, Evan Conner Losey of Hillsboro; aunt, Shawnee Bozeman and husband, Danny, of Pooleville; uncle, David Jones, of Sulfork, VA; great-uncle, Richard Jordon and wife, Glenda, of Hillsboro; and numerous cousins.
