Rex Roberson

Rex L. Roberson, 85, of Hillsboro passed away Wednesday, August 12, 2015, at Providence Health Care Center in Waco. His family will host a memorial service in his honor at 1:00 p.m. Friday, September 4, 2015, at Line Street United Methodist Church in Hillsboro with Rev. Amy Anderson officiating.

Rex was born April 18, 1930 in Hillsboro to Willie and Ludie Mae (Bruton) Roberson. For over 27 years, he was employed with General Motors in Arlington, retiring in 1995.

Preceding him in death were his parents; son, Robert H. Boyd; daughter, Karen R. Boyd; and brother, Marcel Roberson.

Survivors include his son, Kenneth C. Roberson of Hillsboro.
