Biography

Ricky Warren, 48, of Cleburne passed away Wednesday, September 21, 2011. Graveside services will be held at Noon on Wednesday, September 28, 2011, at Covington Cemetery with Brother John Hollingsworth of Parker Baptist Church officiating. Visiation will be from 9 - 11 a.m. Wednesday at Marshall & Marshall Funeral Directors in Hillsboro.

Ricky was born on April 2, 1963 in Dallas the son of John T. Warren and Billie F. (Barnes) Warren. He was a musician and loved to write and play his own music. He could play just about any instrument. Preceding him in death were his father, J.T. Warren, in 2002 and a brother, Gene Hall. Ricky was of the Baptist Faith.

Survivors include his mother, Billie B. Barton of Cleburne; brother and sister-in-law, Benny and Crystal Ivy, and niece, Callie, all of Parker; sister, Michelle Adams of Cleburne; aunt, Lena Sherrard of Mesquite; two uncles, Billy Wayne Warren of Woodbury and Otho Warren and wife, Anita, of Parker; and numerous cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family has ask that memorials be made to the Masonic Children and Family Services of Texas, 338 Grapevine Hwy., Hurst, TX 76054.
