Robert Douglas Cypert, Jr., beloved husband and Dad, met his heavenly father on July 7, 2009. Bob was born to Robert Douglas Cypert and Nettie Mae Rose Cypert on August 1, 1924 in Whitney, Texas. He believed he was so fortunate to have an older brother and little sister. Bob joined the United States Navy at the tender age of 17 and was an airplane mechanic. While serving his country, he met the love of his life, Faye Hutton. They were married on August 17, 1946 and spent nearly 63 years living happily together. Bob attended the University of Oklahoma and received his bachelors degree in Geology. Bob and Faye were also the proud parents of 3 children; Robert III, Vickie and Timothy. Timothy lived on this earth for 2 days. Bob spent most of his working life mining uranium for Getty Oil. Company, outside Casper Wyoming. He later retired in Salt Lake City, Utah. During his retirement, Bob especially enjoyed the time he spent with his family and friends, playing Texas hold-em, and watching the Fox news channel. Bob was a friend to all, and always wanted to help others in need. Although Bob will be greatly missed by his loving wife and daughter, he is reunited in Heaven with his 2 sons and others he loved so much. Each one must release the hand of one we love, to he hand of One we have not seen. Max Lucado
