Robert Roundy

Robert “Bob” Roundy, 90, of Whitney, passed away on November 4, 2017, at Town Hall Estates Nursing Home. Services for Mr. Roundy will be held in Valentine, Nebraska.

Robert was born on October 10, 1927, in Oak Creek, South Dakota, to Cecil and Nellie (Sears) Roundy. In 1951, he married Mary Ann Scripture and she preceded him in death on April 5, 2016.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife; 8 siblings; and a grandson, Robert Roundy.

Survivors include his son, Bob Roundy and wife, Jackie, of Whitney; daughter Sandra Rae Chandler of Springfield, MO; a brother, Francis Roundy, of Crossdale, TN; 6 grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren.
