R.Q. retired from the City of Plano, Texas after working thirty plus years in the capital improvements department. The many water towers in Plano were built under his supervision and inspection. After marrying Wilda(Berry), he took over the farms in Prairie Point and Bethel Community. The farm in Whitney is still actively breeding cattle.
