Ronald Charles Williamson

Ronald Charles Williamson, 71 of Clifton passed away on June 7, 2024, at his residence in Clifton. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, June 14, 2024, at Marshall and Marshall Funeral Directors Chapel in Whitney with James Dean Williamson officiating.

Ronald was born on May 1, 1953, in Austin, Texas to James Ronald and Leah Rae (Downey) Williamson. He graduated from Ferris High School and soon after that, he joined the Army to serve his country. Ron enjoyed music, fishing, cards, and word puzzles. He loved his family and loved life.

He is preceded in death by his father, James Williamson; mother, Leah Rae Williamson; and brother, Ricky Cantrell.

Ron is survived by his wife, Belinda; daughter, Jennifer; son, Nicholas; two grandsons, Tyler and Easton Williamson; mother, Clovis Williamson; brothers, John, Jamie, Mike, Dan, David, and Timothy; sisters, Karen, Margie, Joanne, and Kelly; and many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Ronald was a quite, kind, and humble man. He will be in our hearts forever. Dad, thank you for being you.
