Ronald “Ronnie” Gene Ince has gone fishing and was called home to heaven on Sunday, November 25, 2018. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, November 29, 2018 at Marshall and Marshall Funeral Directors in Whitney with Pastor Eddie Booth officiating. Burial will follow at Bethlehem Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, November 28th at the funeral home.

Ronnie was born on November 26, 1953, in Whitney, and was a lifelong resident of Hill County. He worked in the metal fabrication industry around the area for many years and during his time off from work he was also a full time fisherman and hunter.

Nothing made him happier than having a line in the water and his children and grandchildren by his side. He shared his passion for the great outdoors with anybody that was fortunate enough to have met him.

Although he was known by many names such as dad, brother, uncle and friend, the name that brought him the most pride was PawPaw.

He was preceded in death by the love of his life, his wife, Debbie and his father and mother, R.P. and Annie Ince of Whitney.

Survivors include his children, Chris Ince and wife, Shiloh of Whitney and Jeremy Ince and wife, Tracy of Clifton; 5 grandchildren - all of which were his pride and joy - Taylor Ince, Trent Ince, Paige Ince, Brylee Ince, and Addison Ince; his brother, Dickie Ince of Burleson and his sister, Patricia Young and husband, James as well as many nieces and nephews.
