Samantha George-Ann Schleichardt

Samantha George-ann Schleichardt , age 15, of Kopperl passed away on April 30, 2020 in Kopperl.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2020 at 10:00 am Kopperl Baptist Church in Kopperl, Texas. Officiating will be Rev. Nathan Vande Borge and Rev. Wade Yarbro.  Burial will follow at Kimball Bend Cemetery. She will lie in state on Friday, May 8, 2020 from 10:00 am – 4:00pm at the funeral home.

Samantha was born on December 12, 2004 in Hillsboro to Sam and Tabatha (Bares) Schleichardt.

She loved drawing and had a creative imagination; she particularly enjoyed the Japanese style of “animé”.  Samantha was a loving daughter and sister who never met a stranger.

Survivors include her parents, Tabatha Mason and husband, Alan; father, Sam Schleichardt and wife, Ashley; brothers, Christian Bares, Derrick Schleichardt, Tyler Auten and Jax Rodgers; sisters, Ashlynn Olson, Shia Johnson and Lori Johnson; grand-parents, Dianna Galando, Jimmy Schleichardt and Sharon Ross. Numerous aunts and uncles and host of other relatives.
