Sandra Cooper

Sandra Elaine “Susie” Cooper, 64, passed away on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at her residence in Granbury. Graveside services will be at 10:00 AM, Saturday, Janaury 5, 2013, at Bethlehem Cemetery in Whitney, Texas. Visitation will be on Friday, January 4, 2013, from 6-8 pm at the funeral home.

Sandra was born on July 18, 1948, in Altus, OK, to the late Albert Leon and Betty Katherine (Kane) Cooper. She worked for many years in retail jewelry sales. Sandra was of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Burl and Billy Cooper.

She is survived by her children, Gerry Jones of Granbury, Scott Jones and wife, Kim of Whitney, and Tammie Hocking and husband, Justin, of Granbury; one sister, Judy Nelson of Whitney; seven grandchildren, Tyler Jones, Matt Jones, Morgan Jones Kaitlyn Jones, Brady Jones, Hannah Hocking and Bailee Hocking; several nieces and nephews as well as other relatives and friends.
