Sara Derr

Sara Derr, 29, passed away Thursday, December 30, 2004, at Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center in Waco. Sara was born November 8, 1975 in Houston, Texas the daughter of Terry and Laveda Williams Derr. As a small child in 1983 she moved to Hillsboro, where she attended schools and was active in the high school band. She graduated from Hillsboro High School and attended Hill College for two years. For two years she lived in Arizona and returned to Hillsboro this past August. She was of the Methodist faith. She will be deeply missed by both family and friends. Sara was truly a free spirit. Survivors include her parents, Terry and Laveda Derr of Hillsboro; three brothers, Rob Derr of Hillsboro, Brian Derr of Red Oak, Tommy Derr of Frankston; one sister, Kristi Derr of Dayton, Ohio; and other extended family.
