Sharon Mendek

Sharon Elizabeth was the daughter of Jerry and Betty Turner Jackson. She loved children, family and friends and had an open heart for animals. Her hobbies included arts and crafts, gardening and planting flowers. For relaxation, she loved to listen to country and western music and play nintendo games with her family. Along with her husband, Mickey, she enjoyed dining at Red Lobster where they celebrated their anniverary each year. Her survivors include her husband, Mickey Mendek of Hurst; her father and stepmother, Jerry and Sandra Jackson of Peoria; and her mother, Betty Phelps of North Richland Hills; Four children - Ronnie Ward and wife, Delena of Spring Town; Karen Ward, Michelle Mendek, and Michael Mendek II, all of Hurst; Three brothers - B.J. Jackson and wife, Sandra of North Richland Hills; Larry Jackson and wife, Hanna of West; and Douglas Harelson of Haltom City; One sister - Toni McWilliams and husband, Justin of North Richland Hills; and one grandchild, Michael Ward of Spring Town.
