Stephanie Peterson

Stephanie was born September 13, 1971 in Brownfield, Texas to Morris Truman and Marilyn Joyce McDaniel Peterson. In 1972 she moved to Hillsboro where she attended Hillsboro schools and graduated from Hillsboro High School in 1990. In 1992 she graduated from Hill College and in 1996 from Southwest Texas State University. Currently she was employed by the Texas Historical Commission. She was a member of Hyde Park Baptist Church in Austin, where she was involved in library and mission work. Preceding her in death were her grandfather, William Buford Peterson, and an uncle, Milton David McDaniel. Survivors include her parents, Marilyn and Morris Peterson of Hillsboro; her paternal grandmother, Etta Margie Peterson of Lubbock; her maternal grandparents, Marion Johnson and Rosalie McDaniel of Sidney; two brothers, Jeffery Scott Peterson of Mount Prospect, IL and James Steven Peterson and wife, Meredith, of Hillsboro; and a nephew, Dewey Brannan III of Hillsboro.
