Steve Burgamy

Stephen Wayne Burgamy, 48, of Whitney was the son of Harvel and Naomi Miller Burgamy. He grew up and graduated from Whitney High School in 1974. He played high school baseball where he received the nickname "Bird Dog". He also loved to play golf, pool and ride motorcycles. He worked as a computer numerical control machinist in the computer industry. Steve was a big fan of "Gunsmoke". He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Bobby Paul and Jimmy Burgamy. Survivors include his daughter, Shelley Ringo and husband, Richard of Hewitt; sisters, Wanda Claridy of Waco, Shirley Crites of Whitney and three grandchildren, Cameron Lewis Hensley, Wyatt Bailey Hensley and Ethan Cade Ringo.
