Steven Wade Underwood

Steven (Steve) Wade Underwood, 59, of Fort Worth, Texas, passed away Friday, January 14, 2022.  No service is planned at this time.  A family get together will take place later.

Steve was born January 23, 1962, in Hillsboro, Texas, to Donald and Bettie Underwood.  He graduated from Hillsboro High School and was a proud member of the Golden Eagle Sweepstakes Winning Band.  Steve was known for his kindness, his great sense of humor and his survivor spirit.  He was a brain cancer survivor and an amputee.

In addition to his parents, Steve is survived by his sister, Sheri Hemrick and her husband, Tom; his brother Chris Underwood and his wife Annette; his niece, Kristi Webb and her husband, James; his nephew, Ben Underwood and his wife, Ashley; great nephews, Eli and Parker; great niece, Reece; and his best friend, Douglass (Doug) Krause.  His dog, Jackson, really misses him.  In Lieu of flowers or food, please donate to Paw Pals of Hillsboro, P.O.
